• Visibility of ideas for the whole personnel important

• Management commitment a must

‒ 100 % of business management participated in processing of ideas (e.g. review of all business ideas)

‒ in addition 5 separate small workshops held for business reviews

• Focus in ideas important

‒ As example Collaborational Idea Competion was launched within whole EB Wireless and Automotive ideas (Total 143, ASW 107, WS 36) within 12 weeks

• Participation of the personnel important

• Experimental approach – Light weight demo concept under piloting to verify fast the idea potential

• Fast processing and handling needed

‒ 1st processing of the ideas every week Friday since April

‒ Lead time improvement of the ideas handling to be improved all the way
