On Saturday, March 28, sartorial elegance and high fashion will once again form an integral part of this prestigious occasion. To ensure that all our guests enjoy the 2015 Dubai World Cup as much as possible, we have compiled this guide to dressing with both style and sensitivity.

Ladies

Maintaining relative chic while displaying the perfect balance of classiness is key. Make a statement in an elegant dress or below the-knee skirt with chic accessories. Adopt modesty; keep necklines and midriff covered. Avoid see-through materials. Think daywear, think eveningwear; the only showy aspect should be your extravagant headwear.

7.Gentlemen

Create effortless style and distinction with the crafted lines of a tailoured two-piece or lounge suit – and enhance your appearance with a complimentary dress shirt, tie and handkerchief. Or create an air of dignity and understated refinement by wearing national dress.

Please note that casual attire is strictly not accepted. Admittance will be refused to any man dressed in jeans, t-shirts, trainers or flip-flops.

9.Ladies

Making an impression while exercising restraint is the key to enjoying the Dubai World Cup. Match an elegant dress or graceful below-the-knee skirt to chic accessories – maintaining modesty by keeping necklines and midriff covered and avoiding see-through fabrics. Want to make a statement? Headwear can be as flamboyant and as extravagant as you wish – so have some fun!

So that everyone can fully enjoy the Dubai World Cup, we ask that children are also dressed appropriately for this special occasion. For girls, we suggest dresses that are fun yet protect modesty; for boys, smart casual attire should be worn.

Please note that casual attire is strictly not accepted – meaning that children wearing jeans, t-shirts, trainers or flip-flops will not be admitted.

15.The Parade Ring

Set amid immaculately manicured greens, the Parade Ring Lawns provide the ideal location for admiring up-close the world’s finest thoroughbreds during their pre-race showing. The Lawns are open to all badge holders and Apron View Patrons.

16.General Admission

The dress code for men and women in the General Admission area is smart casual. As is the case elsewhere, jeans, t-shirts, trainers and flip-flops are not allowed, while ladies are encouraged to wear hats and to dress with distinction. Children aged 12 and under are given free entry.
