En un tiempo lejano, cuando las plantas y animales
hablaban, viva en la selva un elefante que no tena
trompa. Tan slo tena una pequea nariz. Le
gustaban mucho comer las papayas de los rboles,
pero no las poda alcanzar. Hora tras hora, de tanto
intentar alcanzarlas, caa rendido al suelo y se
acostaba.
-Ay! No puedo ms! Quiero comer papayas, y no las
alcanzo. Ay, ay, ay!
Landareak eta animaliak mintzo ziren garaian, bazen

de la pequea nariz del elefante,
