Business Partner Management

ETS Backoffice manage different types of busi-ness partners: clients, agency chains, groups, com-panies and service providers. An unlimited number of user-definable customer characteristics and categories for each type of business partner can be assigned to them. All important customer data are available at a glance.

Product Management

Allows for product, rate and inventory set up and administration. Organizations that contract products directly, such as hotels, transfers, day-tours etc., can use the sophisticated Contracts module to upload contracts and manage inventories. This includes input of net rates received from suppliers. In addition, Contracts contain general details, static content, promotion (e.g. Pay 6 stay 7 nights). Hotel allocations are flexible per room type and include options for free sale, close dates, automatic release mechanism, with up to three different release dates.

The reservations module, with its multi-channel capability to call centers and the internet, can handle all types of operation, from ground-only arrangements such as accommodation or car hire, to flights, dynamic packages, fully inclusive packages or tailor-made itineraries. ETS Switch provides a single XML interface to any combination of supplier systems. ETS’s advanced business rules engine controls which suppliers receive particular requests, how the responses are aggregated and other business logic functions including sorting, filtering, removing duplicates, applying markups or discounts.

XML Feeds

ETS XML Feeds system is an XML-based interface for ETS that allows clients to check availability and make reservation (using the client’s own front-end system/site).

Products can be booked with instant confirma-tion or on request.

Bookings can be cancelled through the XML booking system.

The booking process is fully supported by the database that holds all the destinations and product information data the client will need.
