Electronegativity as force or energy leads to new ansatz at critical point in binding or bonding state in between two similar atoms or dissimilar atoms. Electronegativity has been computed using the Hartree Fock and Rothan Hrtree Fock energy equations and equivalent electrostatic force equation.
