Most obvious benefits of EVs

• Can run on locally produced renewable electricity (no need to import energy)

• Energy infrastructure already exists (cf. H2)

• Very low maintenance

• Cheaper to run (3 c/km versus >11 c/km for ICE)

• More performance!
