Electric calorifiers are one of the easiest method of generating hot water for both domestic and industrial application. Electric calorifiers are installed in hospitals, hotels, sports centers and general residential buildings. MEGASUN Electric water heaters can be used to meet special site conditions where the use of other primary sources of energy cannot be used or expensive.

Storage calorifiers are sized to meet the peak demand period with recovery periods varying from one to four hours or base on your request .

Storage Calorifier

• Efficiency is maintained throughout the range ofload. Even at part load all energy is converted into heat.• Space requirements are minimum. Separateboiler fuel storage tanks are not required.• Installation is simplified.• The calorifier can be installed directly with thepower supply 220V or 380V x 3 pha +N.

HEATING ELEMENTS

• Screw plug immersion heaters are ideal for direct immer-sion heating of liquids, clean water, including all types of oils and heat transfer solutions.

• Available in a variety of sizes & heating capaciy

• Heating elements are hairpin bent and either welded orbrazed into the screw plug—depending on element sheath and plug material compatibility.

• General purpose terminal enclosures are standard; withoptional moisture resistant, explosion resistant and explosion/moisture resistant enclosures available to meet specific application needs.

• Optional thermostats provide convenient processtemperature regulation.

Heaters can be designed to operate in single pha or 3-phase +N - 50 HZ supply. Megasun uses type of commonly used heating elements namely replaceable element .The elements on this type of immersion heater can be changed only after draining contents in the water heater.

Thermometer gause

The thermometer is located near the top of a storage colorifier to measure the tempera-ture of water reaching the outlet.

The pressured gause is also located near the top of a storage colorifier to measure the working pressured in tank

Safety Valve

All pressured hot water tank must be fitted with a safety valve to protect the cylinder against over-pressure due to malfunction of controls or incorrect operation – The release pressured must be below or maximum equal with maximum working pressured of that tank . Should be at leat to install 2 pcs of safe valve for each tank and to test regular every weeks or month base on working condition
