Executive summary
The Telepherique the scientific term is (electric cable car), one of the most modern
ways of transportation, the presence of a telepherique in any area is an important tourist
attraction for the region because of the presence of all recreational facilities associated
with it , especially when he meets a global nature and the sea and the mountain .
Location:
Lattakia ( linking Alpedrosah with Kassab. Alpedrosah because of its proximity to the
beach and Kassab due to height above sea level and nature of the mountain which
constitutes an attraction for tourists because of the link that region to each other)
Service
Is the tourist product a service aims to transport tourists from the beach area to the
mountain and vice versa via the caravans within specific path and specific height via
particular number of caravans , including certain number of people does not exceed four
people within two stations, one at the bottom and the other at the top and through the
caravan starts from the beach through areas of forest with the density of trees and great
views of the sea to the terms of access to the mountain. It can reach the top of the
mountain through another way( the land route)and that for the tourists who want to
enjoy the other service of this project , which includes hotels, restaurants, swimming

pools and all the necessary services for tourists. It is possible to be a service for some of
the surrounding areas .
Height: telepherique route distance line is 6.5 km , It`s speed is 18:00 per second .The
arrival time of tourists to the end of the track is during 20 to 25 minutes.
Number of vehicles 60 truck and strengthen these vehicles with reinforced Plastic to
ensure the safety of passengers .
Market:
This project is the only one in Syria and this project is one of the large-scale projects .
The aim of this project is to attract the largest number of tourists from different parts of
the world, allowing substantial profits and stimulate tourism and increase the national
income of the country.
Within the statistics of the Ministry of Tourism, the number of Arab and foreign
tourists 4148822 from May to September.
The estimated proportion of tourists Syrians 1035000 local tourists.

Introduction
