Recommendation/Public Input Planning Division recommendation: Approval CPC Vote: Approval Recommendation (7-0) with a condition: That the design of the Alabama Street ingress / egress access be reviewed and approved by the City Traffic Engineer prior to the issuance of any permits for any proposed driveway on Alabama Street frontage. Public Input: During the CPC hearing, Mr. Jesus Salazar expressed concerns and suggested that there not be an ingress or egress onto Keltner Avenue which is a residential street. Note: There is currently a condition on the adjacent property that vehicular ingress or egress shall be prohibited from Keltner Avenue.
