** Subjected to change for custom-made design. eFLY FEATURES UHF • Global: 860 - 960 MHz • Class 1 Gen 2 EPC Global APPLICATIONS • Pallet tracking • Asset tracking • Rack/Shelve tagging DESCRIPTION E-Tag’s UHF Fly Tag is compliant with the EPC Class 1 Gen 2. This product offers a user accessible memory of 96bits for UHF. The frequency used for ultra high frequency UHF RFID systems is 860~960MHz for UHF. UHF RFID systems are being widely deployed due to RFID mandates from several large cooperation, in retails & logistics sector. In addition to logistic, UHF systems are employed in various supply chain management applications and work extremely well in harsh and outdoor environment & suitable for metal tagging eg: Tagged on racking, rubbish bin & pallet. Advantages of the tag are its flexibility. It will neither crack nor broken even hits by the fork as it’s made of TPU which is a soft type of polymeric material. The UHF product ranges by UPM Raflatac, Alien technology, IER & etc. comprises the tags and inlays presented in the left table, in the following delivery formats; PART NUMBER RFID-4099-A Supported Standard (UHF) EPC Class 1 Gen 2 complaints Resonance Frequency (at +25°C) (UHF) 860MHz ~ 960MHz Total Memory (UHF) 96 bits / 128 bit / 512 bit Dimensions **103mm x 72mm x 3mm Weight 20 ± 0.2 grams / 15 ± 0.2g (w/o extension) Case Material TPU – Soft Type with UV warranty for 1 year Operating temperature -40°C to +80°C (UHF) Storage temperature +20°C, 50%RH , -25°C to +80°C HTS 150°C, 50hrs Inlay Used Impinj Monza 4D / Higg 4 / NXP G2iL Read Distance 2-10 metre (depending on reader setting) LOGO Identification Yag laser marking / Insert Barcode Label SPECIFICATION Please be aware that an important notice concerning availability, standard warranty, and use in critical applications of E-Tag’s RFID products and disclaimers thereto appear at the end of this data sheet.
