• Green RB Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of UPA FUNTAM (brand, complete manufacturing facilities in Spain, 100% workforce and homologations with the main historical clients REE, Iberdrola, Enel-Endesa, RTE – France, REN – Portugal, ONE – Morocco, ..), maintaining the new FUNTAM the framework contracts with its large historical clients.

• The entry of the new shareholders have secured the financial feasibility as well

as a clear focus on Product Development besides the Improvement of the Service to Clients all these combined with a firm commitment with sustainability.
