Nicotine is a chemical stimulant found in tobacco that increases heart rate and blood pressure.

Nicotine and Marijuana are called gateway drugs because they are usually the 1st drug a person tries.

ExercisingAerobic Exercise is exercise

that increases the need for oxygen.

You need about 8 glasses of water a day but if you exercise you need even more!

AlcoholAlcoholism is when people are physically and psythologically

dependent on alcohol.About 10 million alcohol users are alcoholics!You have to be 21 or older too drink alcohol!a liquor or brew containing alcohol as the active agent;

"alcohol (or drink) ruined him"
