What is effective communication?
Effective communication is a two-way process - sending the right message, that is also being correctly received
and understood by the other person/s.
Short-term impact Spread of misinformation. Erosion of members trust and confidence. Conflicts between members and management. Misinformed members can make wrong decisions. Internal brand image suffers.
Long-term impact Dissatisfaction among members leads to higher attrition. Lack of coherent and shared vision. Low members morale results in lower productivity. Organisation's external brand value suffers.
