1. Company introduction

Qingdao Anhua New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise which specializes in small and medium wind turbine design and manufacture. More than 30 years, the company dedicates to small and medium wind turbine whole system R&D and popularization, and accumulates rich experience in design and construction. On Jan. 30th, 2012, the enterprise was re-organized according to share-holding system, which means that ANE development makes a further step and starts a new journey. In the current excellent situation, the passionate and innovative ANE staff will contribute more to Chinese small and medium wind power industry with the great support of various customers at home and abroad.

ANE wind turbines adopt whole self-developed technology; meanwhile, ANE possesses more than 10 patents such as pitch controlled system, automatic safety protection system, yawing, permanent magnet generator etc.. Now, there are three series of products: Diffused-type wind turbine AH-400W; Yawing wind turbine AH-500W, AH-1kW, AH-1.5kW and AH-2kW; Pitch controlled wind turbine AH-5kW, AH-10kW and AH-30kW. Every series of products can achieve self-protection at gale condition, make sure wind turbine running smoothly and safely, and has extended service life effectively. Thereinto, pitch controlled wind turbines adopts mechnical pitch controlled system and automatic safety protection system, which is pioneering in China and this revolution leads the whole small and medium wind turbine industry to the development of pitch controlled technology. ANE becomes the industry leader in the small and medium wind turbine business.

ANE factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and occupies the most advanced and self-developed generator test platform, wind rotor balance debug system, pitch controlled system test platform and other various wind turbine specialized detection equipments; meanwhile, ANE has own test field for small and medium wind turbine. ANE engages well-known wind power expert Professor Zhao Fusheng as General Engineer and meanwhile owns a professional technical team who have strong R&D capability in small and medium wind turbine.

ANE has already passed ISO900l Quality Management System and the products have passed CE and EN61400-2 certificate. 3.1. Wind turbine

Wind turbine characteristic:

1. Optimum aerodynamic shape design: high efficiency, low noise. 2. Centrifugal pitch controlled mechanism: 2m/s low wind speed startup; 3-12m/s wind

speed, following wind rotor rotate speed to adjust blade angle at optimum TSR, run in high efficiency; over rated wind speed, wind rotor never goes to over speed and has stable control; 3-25m/s wind speed, wind turbine can run smoothly.

3. Direct drive permanent magnet generator, low startup resistance moment, constant running ability of over loading 1.5 times, maintenance free for more than 30000 hour.

A. Inner rotor design with good tightness. Level of protection: IP54 B. 3.1.6 ASP automatic safety protection system.

A. System principle

B. System protection function Over wind speed protection ASP system will send a brake-on signal when it checks that the environment wind speed is over 18m/s. The brake assembly will pull pitch controlled mechanism by pitch controlled rod to make blade stay at negative angle position. ASP hugging institutions will brakes wind turbine after the generator rotating speed drops down. After braking, if ASP checks that the average wind speed is always below 12m/s in 45minutes, it will send brake-off signal, and the ASP will release wind turbine main shaft and pitch controlled mechanism to make wind turbine restart. Over current protection When ASP system check the output current of wind turbine is over 45A, it will send a brake-off signal to stop wind turbine and output an alarm signal. Over voltage protection When ASP system check the output voltage of wind turbine is over 560VDC, it will send a brake-off signal to stop wind turbine and output an alarm signal. Power-fail of power grid protection When ASP system check the power grid is power off, it will send a brake-off signal to stop wind turbine and output an alarm signal. After the power grid resume, ASP system will restart the wind turbine again
