NEEDS IN THE FINNISH SOCIETY change in age structure impact of globalization on the Finnish society change of the health and social care structures (based on the reproduction/
increasing of multiculturalism, leadership and staff diversity, reproduction) the diversity of elderly people will increase (eg age range increases, the
condition varies greatly, minority groups, the number and size increase) exclusion and inequality will increase activation of older people, elderly person's own voice services and technology integration (social media, e-commerce, networks
and the well-being of technology) limited financial resources, cost-effectiveness thinking the increasing complexity of working life (expectations of young people,
entrepreneurship, customer orientation vs. market orientation and various service providers)
