MARKETING DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE (MDA) Applicable for participation in International Trade Fairs / Exhibitions, Buyer Seller Meets (BSMs) / Trade Delegations through the EPCs / ITPO. As per revised MDA guidelines, reimbursement for :

Focus-ASEAN* + 2 (Australia & New Zealand) * CIS - Commonwealth Independent States, LAC - Latin American Countries ASEAN South East Asian Countries NON-FOCUS AREAS ( or GENERAL AREA ) These areas include all those countries which doesnt fall under the above mentioned FOCUS Areas.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO AVAIL MDA Should have membership with EEPC continuously for 12 months. Export performance during the preceding year should be less than Rs.15 crores. Only one visit in each of the Focus areas and one in the Non-Focus area in a financial year. ( a total of five events in one financial year) MDA benefit is applicable only to one Executive of the participating firm.

ISSUANCE OF MDA APPROVALBefore undertaking the journey, the participant firm has to submit the MDA Application Form 14 days in-advance (excluding Date of receipt of the Application at the Regional Office and Date of journey).
