─ 52 ─ 〔日 本 製 鉄 技 報 第 415 号〕 (2020) UDC 666 . 763 /. 764 : 621 . 746 . 328 技術報告 溶鋼鍋の耐火物技術 Refractory Technology of Ladle 松 井 剛 * 多 喜 徳 雄 Tsuyoshi MATSUI Norio TAKI 抄 録 溶鋼鍋の機能と,その機能を満足するための耐火物ライニング技術,並びに,溶鋼と接する側壁に施 工される耐火物の材料改善技術の変遷について解説した。そして,側壁を不定形化するための施工方法 と乾燥方法を紹介した。加えて,溶鋼鍋の寿命を支配する不定形耐火物に関しては,損傷機構を基にし た材料改善の事例や補修技術についても触れた。最後に,溶鋼鍋の安定稼働の達成に不可欠となる湯漏 れ防止技術を紹介した。 Abstract In this report, firstly, we described the functions and the refractory lining technology of the ladle, and the historical change in the improving material technology of refractories installed to the side wall of the ladle. And the casting technique and the drying technique were introduced to install monolithic refractories to the side wall of the ladle. In addition, we referred to the examples of improving materials based on the damage mechanism of refractories and repairing technique with regard to monolithic refractories controlling the life of the ladle. Finally, we introduced the technique to avoid leaking molten steel from the ladle which is essential to the safety use for the steel-making plants. 1. はじめに 溶鋼鍋は以下の 3 つの機能を有する設備である。 (1) 転炉,電気炉より 1 500℃後半から 1 700℃後半の温度で 出湯された溶鋼を連続鋳造,造塊工程に輸送する搬送 設備 (2) 溶鋼品質の向上を目的とした二次精錬処理を実施する 反応設備 (3) 連続鋳造,造塊工程でタンディッシュ,鋳型に流量可 変的に注湯する溶鋼供給設備 2. 溶鋼鍋の耐火物ライニング 図1 に代表的な溶鋼鍋の耐火物ライニングを示す。スラ グと接するスラグライン部位には耐食性と耐構造スポーリ ング性に優れるマグネシア・カーボン質れんがを,溶鋼と 接する部位(側壁,並びに,敷)には構造安定性に優れる アルミナ・マグネシア質不定形耐火物を施工している 1) 。 なお,転炉,電気炉からの出湯時に,溶鋼鍋底部に溶鋼が 落下衝突する湯当たり部位には耐衝撃性を確保するために * 設備・保全技術センター 無機材料技術部 無機材料技術室 主幹研究員 博士 千葉県富津市新富 20-1 〒 293-8511 図 1 取鍋の耐火物ライニング 1) Refractory lining of ladle 1)
