Educational Initiatives (EI) appoints Srini Raghavan as New CEO Ahmedabad/Bangalore – 25th February 2016 Educational Initiatives (EI), 16 year old educational products & Solutions Company offering diagnostic assessments and personalized adaptive learning products, today, announced that it has appointed Srini Raghavan as its new Chief Executive Officer effective March 3rd 2016. Speaking about the development, EI co-founder Sridhar Rajagopalan said, “We are very happy to welcome Srini to EI. One of EI’s missions has been to bring in the best professionals in the world to work in a meaningful sector like Education, focusing not just on the growth or profitability, but on making a genuine impact on student learning. Srini’s coming in as CEO will allow me to focus more on the research and product development aspects of EI’s work and help build a new ‘Science of Learning’.” Srini Raghavan is a technology strategist with executive leadership experience in building teams, business development, operations, growth management, change management and process improvement. He served as Managing Director in large corporate companies like Bally Technologies (NYSE: BYI) and Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ: MANH) following earlier stints at Cadence Design Systems and Pepsi.
