Jackie West – Financial AnalystJackie was born and raised in the tri-state area. She graduated from University of Dubuque and has been with DuTrac for four and a half years. Jackie works in the accounting department and primarily deals with investments and financial statements, as well as helping out others in the department. During her time off she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their two children, Skylar and Cole. They enjoy kayaking, seeing movies and just hanging out.

Hannah Burds – Communications SpecialistHannah is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has been with DuTrac Community Credit Union for two years as the Communications Specialist. Hannah is responsible for internal and external communications, as well as, member engagement through social media and other marketing platforms. Hannah is involved in several events in the community including Habitat for Humanity and the ARC Games. When she is not working, she enjoys boating, cooking and spending time with family.

Elizabeth Schmal – Human Resources GeneralistElizabeth is a native Dubuquer and has worked at DuTrac for four years as the Human Resources Generalist. Elizabeth enjoys working with established staff as well as meeting and welcoming new staff to DuTrac. Elizabeth is a member of the Community Action Committee and Wellness Committee and also enjoys the many volunteer opportunities DuTrac offers. Elizabeth is an active member of the Tri-State Human Resources Association and past Treasurer.

Kati Middendorf – Financial Services ConsultantKati has been with DuTrac Community Credit Union for three years as a Financial Services Consultant. What Kati enjoys most about her job is assisting members with consumer loans and member services. In addition to Kati’s daily duties, she hosts branch training sessions and activities to assist coworkers with meeting their individual and branch goals.

Wionnia Mausser – Accounting SpecialistWionnia is an Accounting Specialist at DuTrac Community Credit Union. Her role covers areas of Automated Clearing House (ACH), share drafts, and item processing. Wionnia and her husband Noah stay busy with their two children. She loves spending time with her family while shooting bows, supporting her son and husband playing baseball, and enjoying time outside.

Sherry Kurtz – Sales AssistantAs a sales associate for DuTrac Financial Group for the past four years, Sherry uses her personal brand of creating and strengthening member relationships based on her genuine enjoyment of working with people. Sherry works closely with the financial advisors to meet the investment and insurance needs of DuTrac’s members. She is a community volunteer for the Dubuque Regional Humane Society and the Salvation Army. Sherry exemplifies her personal motto “pay it forward.”

Emma McKeon – AccountantEmma is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to the tri-state area after graduating from the University of Dubuque. Emma has been with DuTrac for more than six years. She started as a teller at Peru Road and now works in the Accounting Department. In her free time, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and dog. She also enjoys making weekend trips to the track with her husband where they ride their motorcycles.

Ann Rogers – Credit Analyst/Commercial LenderAnn has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years, spending the last three years at DuTrac. Ann is responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of individuals and companies. In her free time, Ann enjoys volunteering at church activities and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. For the past three years, she has been a volunteer member of the marketing committee for the Alzheimer’s Association and involved in the Dubuque Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Academic Scholarship ProgramDuTrac's Academic Scholarship Program is now available to graduating seniors who are members in good standing for at least one year with DuTrac.

Up to seven (4 - $500 and 3 - $1,000) non-renewable scholarships will be awarded to qualified students who plan to attend an accredited community college, trade school, technical college or university.

There are two ways to apply for this scholarship:

• Type and submit an essay, double-spaced, containing a minimum of 500 words, or • Create a 60 - 90-second video on the following topic:

"The average age of an attendee at the DuTrac Annual Meeting is 74. As a DuTrac Scholarship Recipient candidate, please write a speech to this group describing why previous generations of Americans should have faith in you and your generation."

Join Santa and Sunny as they skate around the rink and take note of your Christmas wish list! You may bring your own skates or rentals are available at the rink free of charge.

« Admission will be one new pair of children's socks per person. Socks will be distributed to a local charity assisting young children. Hot dogs, chips and pop will be provided. Reservations are required and can be made by calling Karen at (800) 475.1331, ext. 8584.
