No matter where you are in Nova Scotia – from Yarmouth to Tatamagouche, Guysborough to Glace Bay, our trained and talented educators will make learning fun through hands-on experiences tailored to all grades. Science in the Centre Our Science in the Centre program provides curriculum-connected workshops in a hands-on, minds-on learning environment that gives students the confidence to take part in class discussions and feel accomplished and inspired to further their own learning. Minimum group size is 8 participants; groups of fewer than 8 participants will be required to pay the minimum charge of $62. Workshops Rates New! Whole School Demo Colourful Chemistry Learn about the brilliance of chemistry as we explore pH indicators, how fireworks get their colours, and the magic of combustion and dehydration reactions.
