Ultimately, it is a clear structure for all coaches, rowers and parents.

-Coaches know their role and tasks from the outset.

-Coaches respect the “chain of command”.

-Because it comes from Jurgan Grobler and lead coaches NOT

from “back-bech managers”.

Communication and discussion is key. Ultimately someone has to

make a decision and this needs to be respected.
