The Growth Business Associate (GBA)
Program
edge offers 6 to 12 month placements in fast growing
businesses that serve low income clients in emerging
markets, specifically in Asia and Latin America.
We work with businesses in sectors such as Healthcare, Energy and
Infrastructure, Education and Financial Services
Criteria for Participating Businesses
o Provides products and services that improve life for low income
populations, or it is an accelerator/investor of other such
businesses
o Offers a clear, challenging and realistic job description
o Has the necessary infrastructure to support the Growth Business
Associate (GBA), including the management’s availability to
provide coaching and mentoring
o Interest to participate in edge’s learning activities, inspiring and
training university youth to take up impactful business careers.
o Located near an AIESEC local chapter. AIESEC helps in the visa,
logistics, reception and cultural integration of the GBA.
o Based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico or India

o Young professionals, typically with 2-3
years of experience
