(Q20) Question asked for interest in rent or purchase Over 640 responses Majority (95%+) indicated no requirements Overall, 4.5%+ (57) of respondents indicated a definite or possible interest Some respondents may have ticked both the rent and purchase boxes Detailed data by question is available for each village Slide 35 Do any members of your household need Housing Association (HA) housing? (Q20 ) Slide 36 What development would you favour for your village? (Q21) Most questions under this heading had over 600 responses Overall data for the total parish shows approx 50% want no more development Only 3.8% wanted much more 25% voted for some or a little more development 21% of responses had no opinion Development questions covered three types: - Retirement, Housing and Commercial Detailed data by question is available for each village Slide 37 EDaN Housing Development (Q21) Over 53% want no more housing development Northall most opposed with 68% However, 25% would support some level of development 22.5% gave no opinion but only 15.2% in Northall Slide 38 EDaN Retirement Housing Development (Q21) Over 39% would support some retirement housing development 38% said no more More support than general housing development 23% gave no opinion Slide 39 EDaN Commercial Property Development (Q21) Overall 28% would support some level of commercial property development 53% said no more Edlesborough most opposed to any more Most support for development of shops and restaurants 18.6% gave no opinion Slide 40 Would a youth club be supported by anyone in your household? (Q22) Over 600 responses to these questions Significant interest in a Youth Club (especially in Edlesborough) Most interest for under 11s but good interest for 12-15 and 16-18 age groups Overall 82 persons indicated some willingness to be an adult volunteer Slide 41 Q23 - If you have child(ren) under 11 would you prefer that: - they go (as now) to Edlesborough as a junior; - they could remain in Dagnall until secondary school 157 (21%) respondents answered this question Responses indicate quite low support As might be expected, the support for staying in Dagnall School comes from Dagnall Slide 42 If you have street lighting in your village, please comment on it (Q24) 624 responses to this question Over 54% (339) either very satisfied or satisfied 38% (236) either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied and 8% (49) had no opinion Questionnaire requested suggestions for where improvements most needed Slide 43 General comments on Street lighting (Q24) typically split into three basic categories Slide 44 Top nine suggestions for where improvements to street lighting are most needed (Q24 total 317 suggestions) 236 responses were either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied Slide 45 If you have no street lighting, in your street, what change, if any would you like?
