MAX™ CHEMICAL TESTING

PortaFloor® MAX™ samples were tested in accordance with ASTMD543-06 Practice A – Immersion Test, Procedure I – Weight and Dimension Changes. Three specimens were soaked in the listed chemicals for 168 hours at room temperature. Testing performed by 3rd party certified laboratory.Based on the ASTM D1308 standard, PortaFloor® MAX™ results in the following effect to exposure to chemicals. Testing performed by Sport Court in-house lab testing.

PORTAGUARD™

PORTAGUARD™ environmental protection surfaces are the most durable and cost effective for containing fuel and other contaminating liquids in the industry. In fact, PORTAGUARD’s™ PG-6 material is currently used by the Army Corps of Engineers.Zero Contamination Barrier (PG6) heavy duty polyester material meets the stringent standards of the US Army Corp of Engineers.  Best used when the highest quality geomembrane environmental barrier is needed for product containment and environmental protection.

PORTAGUARD™ CHEMICAL TESTING

PORTAGUARD™ environmental barriers and ground stabilizers are the best solution for protecting the Earth from hazardous chemicals.Bio Liquid Barrier (RPE) Lightweight reinforced polyethylene material channels water and liquids to the exterior of your site rather than allowing liquids to seep into the soil underneath.  Best used to keep the soil dry and stable underneath a MAX installation.

TIGER DAM™

Tiger Dam™ is completely reusable, the ONLY patented system that connects to create an impervious barrier for miles, in any shape (circles, 90° turns, etc.), and the ONLY system that is stackable from 19” to 32’.Tiger Dam™ fills in as little as 90 seconds with minimal manpower and no heavy equipment.Tiger Dam™ can be filled with concrete to convert to a semi-permanent structure.

TIGER DAM™ CHEMICAL TESTING

Ratings are based on visual and physical examination of samples after removal from the test chemical after the samples of Black XR-5 were immersed for 28 days at room temperature. Results represent ability of material to retain its performance properties when incontact with the indicated chemical.
