Teacher Mike sets out for this first day at his new teaching job.

Mike has established a plan of action for teaching his own values and beliefs in his classroom.

Mike soon realizes that teaching does not always go as planned and being a first year teacher is difficult.

Mike, in search of advice, realizes that new teachers are not always welcomed with open arms by the

authority.

Mike seeks the advice of a veteran teacher who begins to build back his confidence.

Throughout the struggles, Mike maintained his values and beliefs and is both a better person and

teacher because of it.
