The FC cartridge filters with compressed air cleaning, are assembled with zinc-coated and press-shaped modular panels. They are manufactured with a filtering surface that goes from 48 to 291 m2 and have a technology suitable for dry filtration of all types of dust produced in various industrial processes. FC filters are able to treat air containing very fine dust, maintaining a very high capture efficiency even for particles smaller than 1 Micron. The pulse jet compressed air cleaning is piloted by an economizer that optimizes times and blowing intervals through a differential pressure sensor. The dust retained can be conveyed into collection bins or through the rotary valve (optional).These filters are not suitable for the use in zones with potentially explosive atmospheres.

SLEEVE FILTER

The FM sleeve filters have a wide use in almost all industrial plants wherever you work with dusty materials. They are manufactured with a filtering surface that goes from 19 to 114 m2 and are mainly formed by a series of permeable sleeves which guarantee the passage only of gas and not particu-lates. They are manufactured with modular zinc-coated panels. They are able to treat air containing very fine dust, maintaining a very high capture efficiency even for particles smaller than 1 Micron. As the dust settles on the surface of the filter during the operation, the filter will be cleaned by a system of cyclic counter-current cleaning using compressed air.The dust retained can be conveyed into collection bins or through the rotary valve (optional).These filters are not suitable for the use in zones with potentially explosive atmospheres.

SLEEVE FILTER WITH PRE-CHAMBER

The sleeve filters FMC have a wide use in almost all industrial plants wherever you work with dusty materials. FILTERING SUBSTATION

The STC series of filtering substations with counter-current cleaning are designed for the dust re-moval deriving from industrial processes. They are assembled with zinc-coated and press-shaped modular panels and contain a series of sleeves on parallel rows, stretched by zinc-coated mesh baskets. The sleeves cleaning is achieved with a compressed air system controlled by electro-valves. The filtered dust is then collected and conveyed by means of a screw conveyor and a rotary valve. The STC series is not suitable for the use in zones with potentially explosive atmospheres.

The sleeve filter XM have a wide use in almost all industrial plants wherever you work with dusty materials. They are manufactured with a filtering surface that goes from 19 to 114 m2 and are mainly formed by a series of permeable sleeves which guarantee the passage only of gas and not of par-ticulates. They are designed to be fitted with the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and are assembled with zinc-coated and press-shaped modular panels. They are able to treat air containing very fine dust, maintaining a very high capture efficiency even for particles smaller than 1 Micron. As the dust settles on the surface of the filter during the operation, the filter will be cleaned by a system of cyclic counter-current cleaning using compressed air. ATEX FILTERING SUBSTATION

The STC series of filtering substations with counter-current cleaning are designed for the dust re-moval deriving from industrial processes. They are designed to be fitted with the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and assembled with zinc-coated and press-shaped modular panels and contain a series of sleeves on parallel rows, stretched by zinc-coated mesh baskets. The sleeves cleaning is achieved with a compressed air system controlled by electro-valves. The filtered dust is then collected and conveyed by means of a screw conveyor and a rotary valve. The STC series is suitable for the use in zones with potentially explosive atmospheres and dust ST1 class according to the certification string II 3 D Ex tD A22 T200° C -10° C 40° < T < C.

BQ SERIES FAN

BQ series fan is suitable for suction and transport of clean or dusty air, even if it contains low quanti-ties of sawdust, shavings, granulated materials (excluding filamentous materials). It is used in sec-tors of work with low-medium / high flows and medium pressures. It is built in Fe360, impeller in Fe360, statically and dynamically balanced. Curved blade, reverse (negative). Air inlet conditions at T = 20° C, or m and p = 1205 kg/m3. No. 8 RD (clockwise rotation transmission side view) and no. 8 LG. MQ SERIES FAN

MQ series fan is suitable for suction and transport of very dusty air, sawdust, chips of various type, granular materials (excluding filamentous materials). It is used in work camps with low-medium / high flows and low-medium pressures. It is built in Fe360, impeller in Fe360, statically and dynami-cally balanced. Curved blade, reverse (negative). Air inlet conditions at T = 20° C, 0 meters above sea level and p = 1205 kg/m3. No. 8 RD (clockwise rotation transmission side view) and no. 8 LG. Bolted fan version, adjustable for sizes 220-630, fixed orientation for sizes 710-2000.

BQ SERIES BOX

The soundproofing boxes cover a wide range of use and are carefully designed to achieve an effective noise attenuation of each type of fan. The external structure is entirely made of zinc-coated sheet steel panels. The use of high quality soundproof materials, allows a considerable attenuation of sound energy. The Ecotrentino’s boxes are equipped with suction and line anti-vibration joints, and anti-vibration frames for fan placement.

ATEX NON-RETURN VALVE

The non-return valve Atex with mechanical activation is suitable for dust explosion isolation. Many industrial suction systems require simple isolation systems. The purpose of the non-return valves it to protect the suction horizontal lines with a dust maximum concentration of 1/10 of the LEL (lower explosion limit) and a suction speed included between 15 and 30 m/s. The stainless steel flap open-ing angle is 25° in the closed position plus additional 35° during the flow. Therefore, the total angle is 60° degrees which implies a low pressure drop but fast enough to close and stop the explosion.

SUCTION ARM

The suction arm of Ecotrentino is manufactured in aluminium and is complete with thrust bearing. It represents the best technical solution for welding fumes, gases, vapours, aerosol, oil fumes and dust extraction. Polluted air is sucked through the jointed hood and passes through the piping lines and reaches the high efficiency centrifugal fan or the central piping system. From here goes then to the air filtration system used in specific applications.

It is also available in the ATEX version, with hood and stainless steel pipes AISI 316, antistatic poly-urethane hoses and bridges in copper braid between the rigid piping and the grounded ones on the thrust bearing.
