From the pandemic to protests and everything in between, something significant has happened in 2020 that has affected just about everyone. Regardless of how 2020 has affected you personally, though, if you’re in ecommerce, it’s certainly affected how you do business. If you’re lucky, most of these changes have been changes for the better, but there have still been a lot of challenges to tackle and overcome.
