Ecomm National Has two test componentsVideo testThe first component is a video test that contains three modules that use video simulations of call taking and dispatching to assess candidates in judgment skills, controlling callers, multi-tasking, public relations, reporting accuracy and teamwork. these three video modules can be given to groups or individuals.

computer Based test (optional)the second component of eComm national is a hands-on computer based test. it contains four modules that include: data entry, active listening/information processing, cross search and entry, and a questionnaire that measures work specific personality dimensions and job compatibility.
