GUARANTEE
The guarantee is valid for a period of 12 (twelve) monthsfrom
the date of delivery of the wrapping machine.Any work carried out
under warranty must be performed byITALDIBIPACK S.p.A. or its
authorized distributors.
During the guarantee period, ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A. willreplace,
free of charge, any parts found to be faulty due tohidden defects
in the materials or defects due to theconstruction, working and
assembly carried out in its factory,where the pieces to be replaced
or the machine must bereturned carriage paid.
In the case in which the replacement or repair must becarried
out at the customers premises, the labour, travellingexpenses and
accommodation of the technicians orinstallers will be at the total
expense of the customer.
The guarantee explicitly excludes all those pieces subjectto
normal wear (such as sealing blades, Teflon tape, rubbers,seals,
etc.) and electrical parts.
The supplier is liable for faults deriving from the normal useof
the machine, and not for those deriving from:
- incorrect installation;- lack of maintenance;- incorrect
machine use;- tampering or repairs carried out by the customer;-
unauthorized modifications;- connection to incorrect power supply;-
in the case in which the ma- chine is no longer
the property of the original purchaser;- use in a different
manner than that described in the
instructions.
Furthermore, ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A. will not be liable forany
damage to people or property distinct from the machinecovered by
the guarantee, nor for any loss of production.
ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A. refuses all liability for damagecaused to
people or property in the case in which themachine is not
earthed.
GARANTA
La garanta dura 12 meses (doce) a partir de la fecha deentrega
de la mquina empaquetadora.Las intervenciones en garanta estn
efectuadasexclusivamente por ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A. o por
losrevendedores autorizados de la empresa misma.
Para el periodo de garanta ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A. tendrque
sustituir gratuitamente todas las partes en las que sehallen
defectos ocultos de los materiales o de fabricacin,elaboracin o
montaje en la propia sede donde las piezasa sustituir o la mquina
habr llegado puerto franco.
En caso de que las sustituciones o arreglos se tenganque
efectuar en el lugar de instalacin de la mquina, losgastos de mano
de obra, viaje y comidas de los tcnicoso montadores sern
enteramente a cargo del cliente.
Estn expresamente excluidas de la garanta todas laspartes por
las que se prev un normal desgaste (comocuchillas soldadoras,
tefln, gomas, guarniciones, etc.) ascomo las partes elctricas.
El proveedor es responsable de los defectos que derivandel uso
normal de la mquina y no por los derivados de:
- instalacin equivocada;- falta de mantenimiento;- uso
incorrecto de la mquina;- modificaciones o arreglos efectuadas por
el cliente;- modificaciones efectuadas sin autorizacin;-
alimentacin elctrica inadecuada;- en caso la mquina ya no sea de
propiedad del
primer comprador;- utilizacin diferente de las
instrucciones.
Adems, ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A. no ser responsable poreventuales daos
a personas y cosas diferentes de lamquina objeto de la garanta, ni
de una eventualproduccin fallida.
ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A declina cualquierresponsabilidad por daos a
personas y cosas en casono se efecte la conexin a tierra de la
mquina.

FUNCTIONNING It is possible to use following type of shrink film
: -PVC -PE and the film of new generation like : -MULTILAYER FILM
-COEXTRUDED
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SHRINK WRAP - granular or loose products -
liquid and/or gelatinous products if not
already packed in other parcelling - highly flammable products -
explosive products -products that loose their features if exposed
to
high temperatures even for a short time
The supplier wont be liable for damages to people or things
occurring from incorrect machine operation.
RISKS Use particular care to : -Sealing blade, that during the
work reach high temperature -the up and down movement of the
sealing bar -not put hands, arms or other parts of the body
under the sealing blade during the working
UNCRATING The machine is delivered in a wooden crate, wrapped in
protective plastic packaging. Open the crate starting from the
upper part, take away the four lateral walls and make sure that the
sealer is not damaged. Lift up the machine and fix the legs with
the special bolts. Fix the sealing bar pneumatic cylinder using the
special bolt. Verify that all the operations have been well carried
out, then follow the instructions carefully in order to start
working.
WHERE INSTALL THE MACHINE Place your sealer on a flat and level
floor. Leave sufficient space around the machine to allow routing
maintenance. Operate the machine in ambient temperatures of between
-5 degrees C and +55 degrees C. Do not expose the machine to damp
or excessively hot conditions.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONSConnect the machine to your mains
electricitysupply following the norms of the country wherethe
machine is installed and the plate directions.Preferably the
machine should be connected to amain circuit breaker, and
preferably no extensionleads should be used.A qualified technician
should verify that all electricalconnections have been carried out
correctly.Use a socket provided with earth connection, do notuse
matchers.ATTENTIONHaving connected the machine to the mains
powersupply, turn on the main on/off switch and theconveyor
switchon the control panel, and check thatthe rotation of conveyor
is correct.The parcel must be carried to the tunnel.If they are
running incorrectly, reverse any two of thethree phase wires in the
machine plug.The supplier wont liable for damages occurring froma
lack of earth connection.
TEMPERATURE SETTINGSTo set up the temperature :- press one time
the S button.- the display flashing.- when the display stop to
flashing hold down the
arrow button, up to increase down to decreasethe number that
appears into the display.
- wait for 15 sec. approx. and the settings will
bememorized.
- the display show the temperature in Celsiusdegrees.
- the suggested temperature is 180 C for thetunnel and 135 C for
the sealing bar but in allcases the temperature depends on the:a)
kind of materialb) thickness of materialsc) shape of product.

MACHINE CLEANINGSwitch off the machine and disconnect it from
thepower supply.Make sure that the sealing bar is hot, then clean
itwith a rag.If the surface is very dirty, clean it with a
softdetergent; do not use alcohol or solvents, which coulddamage
the surface or the components of yourmachine.Do not use water
jets.
IMPORTANT SUGGESTIONSThis machine works with shrink film.In
order to have a good sealing it is necessary thatthe sealing bar
temperature is setted correctly.In order to carry out this
operation, adjust the thermoregulator set point at a temperature
between 120and 135 according to the material thickness.

PNEUMATIC CONNECTIONSConnect the air compressed line to the
pressurereducer using 1/4 pipe connection.Check if the pressure
settings is correct.The correct settings is 6 bar.To adjust the
pressure lift up the red knob1 andturn it, clockwise to increase
the settings.It is possible to see the pressure set into
themanometer 6.Turning the screw 2 whit the screw driver it
spossible to adjust the oil drops to lubricate thecompressed air .
If need, add oil for pneumaticson the oil tank 4 removing
theplastic screw 3.Before to do this disconnect the compressed
air.Discharge the water condensation from the tank5 pressing the
bottom knob.

START UP (see control panelpicture)1 -Turn on the main switch
1.2 -Check if the power light 2 comes on (if not the machine is not
supplied).3 -Check if the emergency button 7 and 10 is off (in
other case turn to release).4 -Activate the start switch 4.5 -Set
up the two thermoregulator.6- Turn on thetunnel heaters and the
tunnel conve- yor belt motor switches.7- Turn on the cooling fan
switch.The machine will be ready to work after the red led onthe
two thermoregulator come off.Before start to work select the infeed
conveyor beltmovement : continous or Start/Stop using the foot
pedal.Put the plastic rolls on the support roll according tothe
drawing attached to the machine body.Unwind the film from the rolls
until the edge arrive atthe tunnel conveyor belt.Push the manual
sealing button 11 to make the firstsealing.Remove in advance
scrap.Adjust the position of the roller A according to theproduct
height.Put the product that you need to wrap into the
infeedconveyor belt and the machine wrap automatically it.When you
works continous need to live beetwen twoproduct a minimum distance
equal to the productheight..

MAINTENANCELubricate once a month the sealing bar lateral
bushingwith grease.Check once a day the air compressed filter cup
anddischarge the condensing water if present.Check once a month the
air compressed lubricatingoil cup and add oil for pneumatic devices
if need.ONCE A DAY CLEAN WITH SOFT RAG THE SEALINGBAR.
