Eco friendly resort is a tourist resort whose facilities are intended to have a minimal impact on the local

environment. Moreover these kinds of resorts go to great lengths to teach their guests about how to

coexist in partnership with nature. We are planning to build one of the large state of the art resorts inthe country.We select sylhet as our resort location. Sylhet is one of the largest cities in Bangladesh with

a population of over 500,000 residents. Nestled in the picturesque Surma Valley amidst scenic tea

plantations and lush green tropical forests makes Sylhet a prime attraction for all tourists visiting

Bangladesh. Sylhet is famous for its well-known products namely tea (Sylhet being the tea granary of

Bangladesh), Oranges, Cane furniture, Textiles, and Incense sticks. In recent years many resorts were

built there to give people some experience of living alongside with true natural green environment.

Zastat holiday resort is one of the beautiful resorts in Bangladesh. This resort is countrysfirst ever 3 star

eco-friendly holiday resorts. The another eco-friendly resort is Nazimgarh Resort, which is 15 minutes

away from the Sylhet city, Nazimgarh resort is located on a 6 acres land just beside the Sylhet-Jaflong

highway on Khadimnagar area. After that resort many other companies started building resorts insylhet. Our location of the resorts will be Srimangal RoadSadar Sub-DistrictMoulvi Bazar. Sreemangal is

located at 24.3083N 91.7333E. It has 43,952 units of house hold and total area 450.74 km.Sreemangal

Upazila (moulvibazar district) with an area 450.74 km2, is bounded by moulvibazar sadar upazila on the

north, Tripura State (India) on the south, kamalganj upazila on the east, chunarughat and bahubal

upazilas on the west. Bilash (Gopla) river and Hail haor are notable.Sreemangal (Town) consists of 9

wards and 20 mahallas. It has a population of 21596; male 53.33%, female 46.67%. Literacy rate among

the town people is 61.6%.

Srimongal, Known as the tea capital of Bangladesh, just around 75km south of Sylhet. This hilly area,

with tea estates, lemon orchards and pineapple plantations, is one of the most picturesque parts of thecountry. Round the forest areas on the hills, within your eyesight you will find green throughout. It is

famous for the largest tea gardens of world covered by lush green carpet. It's the one area (besides the

Sundarbans) where it is possible to look around and not see another human being. Visits to forest

reserves, tea estates and tribal villages are the main attractions of Srimangal. Bangladesh produces and

exports a large quantity of high quality tea every year. Most of the tea estates are in Srimongol. It is

called "The land of two leaves and a bud".

The name of our resorts _. Our plan is to make a ecofriendly resort with luxury but in a affordable way

by using local materials. One of the things that we believe can make this resort unique among its fellow

hotels/resorts in Sylhet,as its commitment to a responsible and sustainable lifestyle . One of the things

also want to give them a home like feelings. Cottages at our resorts are all made of natural and recycled

things. Cottages will be covered by green trees and long bushes and would be surrounded by small

ponds. We want to provide a safe, non-toxic and energy-efficient accommodation. Preserve the

property in as much of a natural state as possible. Electricity would be generated by the use of solar,

wind and others natural renewable energy sources and will provide energy 24/7. Use daylight as a light

source as much as possible. Use solar energy as a lighting and energy source. Install dimmers on light

switches to save energy. We run the centre in a way that keeps your events ecofriendly. Our power

supply is 100% renewable. A computerized Building Management System controls the heating and

natural cooling process for best efficiency. The clever design of the centre makes the most of natural

light, passive ventilation and excellent insulation. We will have rain harvesting system so, it will be

stored and used for washing and drinking. Our resort would be capable of holding 200 guests. There

would be swimming pool, field and much more. We will be targeting the corporates high official, new

couples and old people as we all know that this market segment are so, busy with their work and dont

get proper time to spend with their families and loved ones. As we would be providing the best place for

our target market to spend some time away from work which is their need and they will be satisfied by

our services.

The resort will consists of more than 32 acres of green hills and hilltops, the state of the art cottages

with modern interior design and architecture, outdoor Park including amusement park, mini zoo, worldclass health centre, jogging track, modern Olympic size swimming pool. The cottages have executive

desks, cable tv, 24 hours multi-cuisine dining etc. Restaurant caters array of local, Asian and

international cuisines with emphasis on fresh, healthy and creative flavors.

star hotels, the accommodation will include standard and deluxe rooms, disability accessible rooms,

business and family suites as well as presidential suites and honeymoon suites which will be the first of

its kind in the country. Rooms will be world class, designed and decorated to offer all possible comfort

houses are prominent in different parts of Asia. Bamboos are fairly cheap, and it is more durable than

any other wood. It also has a homey appeal that provides a comfortable ambience. They are actually

tied by durable ropes made out of the bamboo itself. The natural traits of bamboo make it a cost-

effective way to build an eco-friendly house. Bamboo is available in Sylhet. Other eco-friendly materials

will also be used.
