AT&T has implemented bill format enhancements based on AT&T Business Bill Format (BBF) standards and guidelines.

This means we redesigned the paper billing statements to offer a simpler, easier-to-read billing statement and to offer bill presentation options that meet your billing information needs.

Customers were notified of the change by:

•  Bill insert

•  Bill message

•  Customer letter/brochure

•  Email to registered users of AT&T eBill.

The AT&T Business Bill Format provides:

•  A paper bill that has a common look and feel across AT&T.

•  A “Go Green” strategy with AT&T BusinessDirect® eBill and “Alternate Media” products.

•  A newly organized bill design.

•  The ability to locate information more quickly.

•  A clearer, more concise, and better organized design.

•  AT&T Business Network Service (ABN)

•  AT&T Network-Based IP VPN Remote Access (ANIRA)

•  Business (Managed) Internet Services (BIS)

•  AT&T Virtual Tunneling Service (AVTS)

•  Business Voice over IP (BVoIP)

•  AT&T DSL Service

•  Enhanced Virtual Private Network (EVPN)

•  Managed Data Networking Services (MDNS)

•  AT&T Managed Internet Service (MIS)

Note: These services are all Universal Billed.

Bill Presentment

•  Paper size is 8½ x 11 with two-sided printing.

•  The bill provides one place to read regulatory/mandatory messages.

•  Customers who received the “Detail Bill” now receive the “Standard Bill Format.”

•  Customers who received the “Remit Only” bill now receive the new “Remit Bill Format.”

•  At any time, you have the option to choose which bill format you prefer.

•  You can view bills online 7 to 10 business days after the bill period date.

There are three bill presentment options from which you may select:

•  Remit

•  Standard

•  Summary

This format provides minimum details. The bill sections are:

•  Billing Summary

•  Remittance Stub

•  News You Can Use

This is the detailed billing format. The bill sections are:

•  Current Charges

•  Remittance Stub

1. The Customer Care toll-free number is presented on each page.

2. It is easy to see charges for a particular subaccount.

Customer charges are listed by account, group, subaccount and product type. So you can view charges easily in one section.

Call detail will be viewable only in AT&T BusinessDirect eBill.
