luke green - co founderLuke begun his career working Freelance for Plymouth College of Arts and Design (were he studied) and has been working in the creative communications industry since 1998. Luke brings passion and enthusiasm to the Inspira team helping to steer projects and solve both client and business issues. You’ll often find Luke juggling Project Management duties whilst chatting to clients.

Great at offering simple straightforward advice and guidance whilst providing solutions to technical and complex challenges. Luke has had experience working both in big and small advertising agencies, with experience from both creative and client facing positions.

mike harding - co founderMike initially began his career in sales where he forged a solid process and market aware skill set. Mikes ability to handle raw sales data was to set in motion his early adoption of the next wave in marketing, the online search market in early 2000. Mike’s analytical skillset allow’s him to quickly cut through technically complex challanges, coupled with his friendly client handling and experience of day to day business practices he brings a great deal of experience to the team.

Mike draws from both his technical knowledge and traditional marketing expertise to form the other half of the companies leadership team.

mike fryers - creative leadMike gained a BA (Hons) Graphic Design Degree at university in Southampton. Eager to get real world experience Mike worked a part time position as an inhouse designer alongside his degree at Stagecoach. Responsible for handling much of their day to day graphic design requirements as well as large print runs and mission critical communications.

After graduating Mike looked for more challenging diverse creative environment. Mike joined the Inspira team in 2008 and has since brought a great deal of talent, accuracy and hard work to the company.
