EASY PENDANTS... USING SCRAPS

Using a cutting mat, ruler and blade, cut a 2inch section from each color of plastic stick.
Using the scraps left over from a marbling project, cut off the sides... and along the top and the bottom as shown.

Place the baking sheet onto the pre-‐heated griddle.
Place the 2 inch plastic strips onto the baking sheet and allow to soften. Decide on which scraps you want to put together, then position and place them onto the softened plastic strips. Allow them to soften and inlay into the base plastic.

Once you are happy with the inlay process, remove the pan from the griddle. Press the desired shape cutters into the softened plastic. Dip the cutters back into the cold water after each cut. This will prevent it from sticking. Allow the plastic to cool.
Remove the cooled plastic from the pan and pop out the cut shapes. You may need to use a craft knife to cut around each piece.

Using a hole punch and eyelet setter, punch a hole in the center near the top of each pendant. Set an eyelet into each hole.4

Optional: Apply a coat of Envirotex Lite resin following the manufactures instructions. 5
