PROFILE:
Easy-Movie is the name of our APP. Our business is to create
Applications (Android/iOS) for business clients. This would be a
B2B venture where we would design applications to enable online
booking and purchasing of e-tickets for movie theatres. The
applications would be user friendly and easily downloadable from
either App Store or Google Play store by any smartphone
supporting Operating systems of (Android or iOS) in just one
click. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the customers and
cinemas so that they can utilize every opportunity to develop
their excellence. The target area we will serve initially will be
Karachi only with expansion plans for the whole country for
future.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• Our application is a service/product provided to cinema
theatres to launch their android application to reduce
customer discomfort and provide convenience. Basic function
of this App is to book and sell e-tickets online which
reduces the need to call the cinemas for bookings, or to
come early to the cinemas to catch the movies.

I.T INDUSTRY ANALYSIS:
IT sector has been amazingly widespread in recent years around
the world, and has seen a prolific growth in its industry in
Pakistan. No doubt that IT sector is in its early years in
Pakistan and has yet not reached its full maturity, however a
closer scrutiny will expose the benefits this sector has and can
ripe for the bright future of Pakistan.
The Ministry of Information Technology under the Government of
Pakistan is in command of managing and regulating this industry.
Recently published Global Information technology report of the
year 2012 by the World Economic Forum ranked Pakistan information
technology as 102nd in the race of 144 competing countries.
According to a report published in Express Tribune as of May 2012
it is believed that this industry saw a boost even when the rest
of the industrial sectors were gripped with the financial lurch
effect. Estimation shows that with over 20 million internet users
and yet a growing rate in internet access, Pakistan becomes the
15th largest population using internet in comparison to the rest
of the world.
According to Central Banks budgets annual export of software and
IT related services has earned over $200 million, though the
software developers are sure that the earnings from actual
exports are actually close to $1 billion. Cheaper labor coupled
with exemption of tax on IT related export facility makes
Pakistan an attractive choice over its competitors. IT sector
secures approximately 80% jobs in the country however a need for
more qualified manpower continues to be a pressing issue.
The above facts contribute that IT sector will contribute large
portion of our GDP as the future for our service of android
applications is bright , because we have no direct competitors to
us all are indirect competitors and the cinema base is thriving.
THRIVING NEED AND SMART PHONE INDUSTRY ANALYSIS:
• Number of smartphones users in Pakistani market according to
Business recorder estimate around five to six million
Smartphone users. A rather bullish estimate is castes by
Ericsson Pakistan which anticipates some 50 million
Smartphone users in Pakistan by 2016, accounting for 70
percent of operator revenues.
• Smartphones have blown away world mobile market in recent
years. According to Business recorder Smartphone usage has
jumped 79% in the past year and around 450 million smart
phones are expected to ship worldwide this year.
• According to the PTA there are 105 million SIMs in operation
in PAKISTAN and phone density is round 67% of Pakistan’s
population use mobile phones and percentage of Smartphone
users is increasing day by day.
• According to the chairman of PTA the number of internet
users increased to 15 million in June 2011 and only 5
million are PC users

android app that contains all features of their website
on mobile handset.
The foremost target of us is ATRIUM CINEMA to whom we
will pitch the demo of android mobile application as
atrium is thriving and has a strong customer base.
As Atrium bookings are done in advance and there is a
panic for customers to go and book before and the time
to reach there is another main concern because it is
located in the middle of Karachi and sadder is over
populated area with parking issues.

Process:
At Front-End
- Client purchases scratch cards from cinema(s).
Logs on to EASY MOVIE App with their individual
accounts.
Load the serial number on scratch card onto their
accounts
Once their account is loaded with the credit, purchase
the e-ticket of the desired movie.
On successful purchase a pin code is generated.
At the cinema, show the pin code at ticket counter and
retrieve your movie slip.
Enjoy your movie.
At Back-end
Dedicated server maintains all accounts of customers.
Once serial number from scratch card is recorded in the
app from a user’s account, it gets linked to the server
which maintains the payment history of that user.
Server enables user to purchase movies and generates
unique pin code on each successful purchase
Cinemas have the admin rights to check payment
histories of users (customers) and verify the purchased
pin code. If verified they allow customers to watch the
movie.
Promotion:
As we are new in online we have to publicize our website more so
it become well-known in market that we targeting. We will do
online promotion via social media platforms.
We would be doing promotion of our product/brand by
publicity i.e. through social-marketing which would be done
on Facebook.
Separate meeting from our business clients will be made
after startup and scheduled sales pitch will be conducted.
Participate in activities at trade shows of info technology.
We will also make video promotions on YouTube & daily motion
