Built to last

Toshiba’s robust system design is the result of improved testing

100 cm Drop TestAll four notebook sides (4x) have been drop-tested at 100 cm

ServiceabilityFewer screws, resulting improved serviceability and easier upgrades. (e.g. HDD removal requires only 2 screws)

KeyboardLaser measurements prove less bending occurs for enhanced keyboard usability and a more convenient typing experience

Motherboard layout Centered in the chassis to protect system components against the damaging effects of shocks

Motherboard design Thicker and stronger resulting in less bending, which translates to fewer chip failures related to bending stress

System architectureChip components are placed from screws to minimize any warming effect and reduce vibration of circuit boards
