EASY COST PLANNING IN SAP PS

You can plan project costs in two different ways:

! Manual planning in the WBS involves:

Overall planning the most basic form, where you enter costs for each WBS

You can use planning templates to enter costing items. 0n the process,

characteristics &such as work in hours( are value.

"he characteristic values from the planning template are linke with

%uantities, values, or actions in the costing items .Once you have

aopte the values, the costing items appear uner the relevant WBS elementsin the structure tree.

With the implementation of )asy *ost +lanning, this is no longer re%uire to

enter *ost +lanning through *23

0n easy cost planning we nee not to assign materials4services to WBS uring

pro1ect creation. You can enter a +lanning for WBS when you nee purchase

of the Material4Services against that WBS element.

With help of )asy cost planning functionality you can create purchase

re%uisition irectly in *2356
