1) Visit - http://aca.force.com2) Then - Enter your username and password3) Click - Login
4) Read – “Home” page
5) Click on - “Incentives”Current List of
Available Incentives
6) Click on -“My Applications”
List of YOURIncentive Applications &
the STATUS of each
EDITPRINT
DELETE
7) Click on – “My Profile”
Update Info
HOW TO:Submit forms for
Incentives…
1) Click on - “Incentives”
2) Click on one of the Incentive Applications
3) You will see a brief explanation of the Incentive. To start the process –
Click on – “Begin Here”
4) Read eligibility information about the Incentive
5) Be sure to Click on the “Instructions”
6) Followed by Q&ASAVE
