All 6 countries have secured steady improvement in their ease of doing business score, with the 5-year growth rate averaged at 10%. Dealing with construcon permits To obtain a construcon permit, it takes 41 days in Malaysia 200 days in Indonesia Indonesia (Surabaya) improved the reliability of power supply following renovaons to and enhanced maintenance of its electrical grid. Indonesia (Surabaya) also made obtaining new electrical connecons faster thanks to higher generaon capacity.
