Description
The CAE Oslo Modular CPL/ATPL programme is a NOKUT and
Lånekassen approved ab initio theory and flight training programme,
which provides access to funding through Lånekassen. There are four
(4) modular programme options that all lead to the award of an EASA
ATPL, including the PPL. Depending on the modular programme most
suitable, training will be delivered at both CAE’s flight academy
in Torp, and its Training Centre in Oslo.
CAE Oslo is CAE’s fourth cadet training location in Europe
adding to its existing cadet training capability in Brussels,
Belgium; Madrid, Spain and Oxford, UK.

Course outline
The duration of the CAE Oslo Modular CPL/ATPL pilot programme
ranges from 15 months to 2-years depending on the course elements
you need. Modular cadets may elect to join the Integrated ATPL TKI
course delivered full time at the CAE Oslo Training Center. Courses
are scheduled three times per year in February, May and August.
Places are subject to availability. There are four (4) modular
options available and the route you choose is determined by your
previous experience and or existing certificates, licenses and
ratings.
The CAE APS MCC is delivered in a B737 CAE Full Flight

Student loans and grants
CAE Oslo’s modular programmes are NOKUT and Lånekassen approved
“Fagskole” and awards 120 student points under the Norwegian school
system. There is up to 100% financing available through
Lånekassen.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Be at least 18 years of age at the start of the programme •
Have successfully completed secondary education • Be proficient in
the English language (verbal and written) • Be able to obtain an
EASA Class 1 Medical without restrictions
• Proficient in Norwegian for candidates undertaking the PPL
component
