summer at ELHS on Thurs. June 12th
, Fri. June 13th
AND Thurs. June 19th
, Fri. June 20th
. This is
MANDATORY. The summer practice schedule can also be found on the ELHS Cheer website.
Work and other school-related activities you decide to participate in after making the Squad should not interfere
with practices or games. Eagle’s Landing Cheerleading must take precedence over any extracurricular
activities or work. It is your responsibility to dedicate the necessary time to the Squad. Failure to do so could
result in your removal of position on the squad.
MANDATORY: On May 6th
ALL cheerleaders will have a fitting from 3:45-6:00pm at ELHS. On the
same night, the parents of the cheerleaders will be required to attend a meeting at 6:00PM at ELHS. The
second payment must be made at this time. At the meeting, the cheerleading behavioral contract will be
discussed. Parents and cheerleaders will be asked to sign a statement indicating that they have read and agree
to abide by the rules. Information for the first fundraiser of the new season will also be provided.
IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!!
In order to make the cost of cheerleading for parents manageable, will we need to do aggressive squad fundraising
throughout the entire year to be able to cover the cost of competition routines and music, transportation, and competition
fees. Cheerleaders and parents need to be aware of the enormous commitment it will take on all of our parts to make this
a successful year for each and every cheerleader. Please feel free to share your money-making ideas. All Cheerleaders
are expected to attend and will be assigned a position at all fundraisers.
