3) structure of e-Training for Classroom-based Action Research :

consists of four systems:

1. content management system,

2. member management system,

3. bank items system, and

4. administration system.

4) Software Testing

The experimental group are student’ graduate diploma in teacher

profession which register in classroom research course

we evaluate 1) efficiency of e-Training for Classroom-based Action

Research and 2) evaluate student’ achievement. The result show

that most student’ achievement pass over criterion.

Conclusion

This aid in teacher devilment and training in a manner

superior to tradition-training. The process assists teachers

in focusing on develop student competence. Meanwhile

teachers get opportunity for professional growth by

relying on technology. This eliminates the need to prepare

special place and facilities for instruction.
