2. Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi conducted UAM awareness drive during the event of Mega camp on Support &

Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi conducted UAM awareness drive during the event of Mega camp on Support &

DDG MSME ,New Delhi visited MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad and had review meeting with

Director(I/C) and officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. Dhanbad on 16.01.2019 & 19.01.2019 respectively.

Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi attended review meeting taken up by Hon’ble MOS I/c, for

MSME, GOI on 27.01.2019 and 28.01.2019 at State Guest House Ranchi. The meeting was also attended by the

officials KVIC , NSIC and IDTR.

6. Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi Coordinated the visit of Sri Arun Kumar Panda, IAS, Secretary,

Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India visited Ranchi on 30.01.2019 and reviewed implementation of the schemes in the

State of Jharkhand. He visited Kasturba Khadi Gramoudyog Sansthan, units manufacturing and exporting garments

namely M/s Kishore Exports, Orient Craft Limited and Matrix clothing. 2 more PMEGP units namely M/s Bharat Agro

Industries and Har Har Gange Industries were also visited. Sri Jainandu, Ex Chairman KVIB, Jharkhand & Ex Member

KVIC, NSIC, KVIC, Ranchi, IDTR Jamshedpur & Officials of State Govt. Industries were also present.

Officer of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad and MSME-DI, Ranchi organized Awareness programme on DC(MSME) schemes

and UAM camp on 17.01.2019 and 24.01.2019 at Dhanbad and Lohardaga.

Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi attended VC under the chairmanship of JDC MSME on PMS and

ESDP portal and scheme on 02.01.2019.

Officer of MSME-DI Ranchi attended National Workshop for Cluster Development Officers (CDOs) from 03-04

January,2019 at NI-MSME Campus,Hyderabad.

Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. Dhanbad attended DPR validation workshop of Bass

Bronze utensil cluster, Karyitpur, Hazaribag on 07.01.2019 organized by JIIDCO.

Officers of MSME-D I Ranchi under chairmanship of Director (I/C) MSME-DI Ranchi with Government e-

Marketplace (GeM) in association with Adityapur Small Industries Association (ASIA), Jamshedpur organised GeM

Awareness Camp and drive at ASIA, Jamshedpur on 09.01.2019. The camp was attended by 35 participants and 19

registrations on GeM were done.

Officers of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad attended and presented MSME Schemes & Policy during the programme called

"Chamber ka Prayash Dhanbad ka Vikas" organized by FDZCCI, Dhanbad at New Town Hall, Dhanbad on

Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi attended Rastriya Zila Udyami Sammelan at Ranchi on 15.01.2019 which was

organized by Laghu Udyoug Bharti and gave presentation on MSME Schemes . Also presentation was made on

Udyam Sakhi Portal.

14. Officers of MSME-D I Ranchi under chairmanship of Director (I/C) MSME-DI Ranchi in association with HPCL

conducted State Level Vendor Development Programme cum Buyer-Seller meet on 16.01.2019 at Ranchi.

Director(I/C) along with officer of MSME-DI Ranchi attended Vendor Development Programme with Bokaro Steel

Plant under National SC/ST Hub jointly organized by, JIIDCO, NSIC and MSME-DI Ranchi at Bokaro on 19.01.2019

with around 100 participants. The programme was also attended by ED Materials BSP, Senior officials of Bokaro

Steel plants, NSIC, GMDIC, JIIDCO and others.

MSME-DI Ranchi organized Awareness programme on MSE-CDP for Bokaro steel and ancillary cluster under MSME

Support and Outreach programme on 21.01.19 at Conference hall of Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro which was

attended by around 75 no.sMSMEs.

MSME-DI Ranchi celebrated Republic Day and on this eve MSME-DI Ranchi office is decorated with Tri Colour

Lighting.

• Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi attended VC under the chairmanship of DC MSME on Action plan

on 01.01.2019.

• Officer of MSME-DI Ranchi organized validation function of “Swachhta Pakhwada”(21.12.18 to 28.12.2018) on

02.01.2019 .

• Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi Had meeting with Sri Kumar Amritanshu, I/c Gem Jharkhand and

Meghalaya on 03.01.2019 for action plan for holding camps on Gem in the State of Jharkhand.

• Officers of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad attended Town Hall meeting for MSME under Support & Outreach Programme

organized by RBI at Dhanbad on 03.01.2019.

• Director(I/C) attended a meeting on 08.01.2019 under the Chairmanship of Secretary Industries, Govt. of Jharkhand on

organizing SC/ST Conclave.

• Director (I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi under Chairmanship of Shri Amit Kumar, IAS, Deputy

Commissioner, East-Singhbhum had meeting with Shri Anand Dayal GM IDTR, Jamshedpur, Sri B.K. Mitra,Sr. BM, NSIC

ADE, ES and Other officials of IDTR, Jamshedpur to prepare “Action Plan for Auto Cluster", Jamshedpur as per direction

of Secretary (MSME), Govt. of India on 09.01.2019 at O/o DC East Singhbhum .

• Officer of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad attended Vishwa Hindi Divas Seminar on 10.01.2019 at Koyla Bhawan, Dhanbad.

• MSME-DI Ranchi under Chairmanship of Director (I/C) MSME-DI Ranchi conducted Intra Departmental Coordination

Meeting under Ministry of MSME on 10.01.2019 at MSME-DI Ranchi. The meeting was attended by the Officials of

MSME-DI Ranchi, GM and officials of IDTR, Jamshedpur, and KVIC & NSIC.

• MSME-DI Ranchi under Chairmanship of Director (I/C) MSME-DI Ranchi conducted Monthly Progress Report meeting

of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad on 11.01.2019 at MSME-DI Ranchi.

• Director (I/C) MSME-DI Ranchi Chaired meeting had with Ms. Soni Mehta, VP FJCCI and other stakeholders of FJCCI on

14.01.2019 for IC Scheme and delegates to Isarel under IC Scheme.

• Director (I/C) MSME-DI Ranchi had meeting with Sri B M L Dsa of JIIDCO on 14.01.2019 for cluster finalization and

organsing SVDP at Bokaro with BSL and at Jaduguda with UCIL.

• Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi under the Chairmanship of Secretary Industries, GOJ attended

preparatory meeting for organizing of SC/ST Conclave to be held on26th Feb 2019 on 15.01.2019 at project Bhavan.

• Officer of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad attended District Task Force Committee meeting of PMEGP at Conference Hall of DDC,

Combined Building, Dhanbad on 15.01.2019.

• Officer of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad organised UAM Camp on 15.01.2019 at Purana Bazaar,Dhanbad.

• Director(I/C) MSME-DI Ranchi had meeting with Sri Jena, Asst Director of DC Handicraft Ranchi for holding UAM Camp

18.01.2019 at Khunti.

• Officers of Br.MSME-DI Dhanbad attended Medical Camp organized by Dr. Reddy’s Company at IMT Hall of Br. MSME-DI,

Dhanbad on 18.01.2019.

• Officer of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad attended District level Exhibition at Mahagama, Godda on 18.01.2019.

• Director(I/C) along with officer of MSME-DI Ranchi attended review meeting on 19.01.2019 at Bokaro under the

Chairmanship of Secretary Industries, GOJ with DC Bokaro, CEO BSP, Director Commercial, SAIL, Senior officials of BSP,

JIIDCO, JIADA along with the association and entrepreneurs of Bokaro Ancillary and Fabrication cluster on issues

related to the cluster

• Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi attended Training on "Cluster/CPEs/R&D Institute visit at Goa from 19.01.2019 to

21.01.2019.

• Director(I/C) MSME-DI Ranchi attended consultative meeting with Industries on Energy Efficiency Intervention in

Jharkhand at Hotel Le La Sarovar Portico, Ranchi on 22.01.2019 organized by PWC, BEE and JREDA and discussed about

implementation of Energy audit in MSMEs particularly in cluster form.

• Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. Dhanbad attended meeting with officials of JIIDCO, E&Y,

Brass and Bronze utensil clusters members, IDTR Jamshedpur , GM DIC, Hazaribag & Jharkhand MSME Tool Room on

23.01.2019 at Nepal house and discussed on the proposed machinery in the DPR prepared for Brass and Bronze utensil

cluster, Kariyatpur, Hazaribag under MSE-CDP for CFC.

• Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi attended review meeting of MSME Support and Outreach program

for Purbi Singhbhum District under the Chairmanship of Smt. Alka Tiwari, IAS, Additional Secretary and Financial

Advisor, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, GOI on 25.01.2019 at Jamshedpur .

• Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi attended meeting under the Chairmanship of Director of Industries

for organizing SC/ST Conclave tentatively on 26th February 2019 on 29.01.2019 at Nepal House Ranchi.

• Director(I/C) along with officers of MSME-DI Ranchi attended Project steering committee meeting of MSE-CDP for Brass

& Bronze utensil cluster meeting under the Chairmanship of Director of Industries on 29.01. 2019 at Nepal House

Ranchi.

• Officer of MSME-DI Ranchi attended Purchase Committee Meeting on 30.01.2019 at JGMSME Tool Room, Tatisilwai,

Ranchi.

• 37 Nos. of Persons/Units got assistanc through Correspondence/telephone etc from Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and

Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad during the period.

• 25 Nos. of units were visited by the Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad during the period.

• 77 Nos. of visitors were attended by the Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br.MSME-DI Dhanbad during the period.

• As on 04.02.2019 , 113203 units in Jharkhand are registered in UDYOG ADDHAR.

• To organize Two days Industrial Motivation campaign in association with

IDTR Jamshedpur & FFDC, Kannauj on 16th-17th February,2019 at Godda.

• To organize Two weeks Entrepreneurs Awareness Programme in association

with IDTR Jamshedpur & FFDC, Kannauj at Godda from 22nd February,19.

• To participate in ST/SC Conclave tentatively on 26th February 2019 to be

organized by GOJ.

• To visit Agriculture Implement& Allied Cluster ,Dumka with NSIC & IDTR for

cluster intervention and raw material assistance provided by NSIC.
