• According to an IBM Institute for Business Value Survey, two of every five US and U.K. consumers say safety concerns dictate what food they will and won’t purchase. Also unsafe food can be hazardous to health. For everyone involved in the food chain, food safety is not only a moral responsibility but also means increased business and profitability.
