Any time Vehicle options are added (non-standard or standard options) in PowerUp, these will be included on all vehicles in our Kijiji feed. The options are included on the vehicle ad display below the description. If possible, the options are listed in alphabetical order and categorized.

Was/Now pricing is displayed on current e-Dealer website as “Suggested” and “Internet” price. This is displayed to consumers as a vehicle sale price, crossed out with a new price indicating there is a sale on that vehicle. If a dealership has a suggested and Internet Price in PowerUp Desktop, was/now pricing must be appended above the vehicle description on the Kijiji Ad. If there is no Internet price, no text should be added.

There are 9 total Kijiji features to the PowerUp desktop app that have been made in order to satisfy recent requests. These 9 enhancements include the following:

•Support “ADF emails” for leads generated by Kijiji Ads. Previously, the one form on Kijiji is sent to the PowerUp system through an HTML email. This HTML email is now parsed and coded into XML format with the ability to email that XML lead to any email address.

•Ability to “Bump All” on vehicles that have been posted on Kijiji. This feature allows a user to select any number of vehicles that are already posted on Kijiji and enhance (enhancements include Bump, Highlight, Top Ad, Urgent, and Homepage Gallery) those ads through the Kijiji real time API in a bulk fashion.

•An “Enhancement Counter” has been added to each vehicle along with an aggregated total for the month.

•Added “Statistics” counter on how many times the vehicle was viewed, how many times it was replied to, and how many phone clicks the ad received.

•Added the “Kijiji URL” on the PowerUp Desktop listings for every vehicle that is posted on Kijiji. Clicking on this link will open the users default browser and display the Ad to the user.

•Performing a “general ad update” on Kijiji by providing additional marketing information such as the dealer address, and links to the dealer website.

•Including the “video embed code” in vehicle ads. In the daily Kijiji post vehicle common vehicle attributes are sent to create the ad, the video ID is parsed from the YouTube embed code for each vehicle that contains one, and then sent to Kijiji.

•Addition of an “HTML description editor”. This will allow dealers to use an HTML editor to create their vehicle descriptions. This will allow them to bold, italicize, hyperlink, colour their text, along with many other features that come with an HTML editor.

•Adding “CarProof reports” to every vehicle that gets sent to Kijiji.

Application Based

The “Bump All” feature refers to a bulk update of any of the available Kijiji Ad enhancements that can be performed on a number of selected vehicles that are already posted on Kijiji. The idea is to make it easier for the dealer to apply multiple enhancements across multiple vehicles at the same time. The enhancements include:•Bump•Top Ad•Homepage Gallery•Highlight•Urgent

Each time an enhancement is used on any vehicle, whether in bulk or single fashion, the system will tell the user how many of those enhancements the dealer has used in that given month. This is available as an aggregated counter for the entire month, as well as an individual counter for each vehicle on the listings page.

Adding Kijiji statistics through the API for each vehicle will help the dealer make decisions on which vehicles to apply any Kijiji enhancements. The statistics are included on every vehicle that is posted on Kijiji in the desktop listings are the following:•Views – The number of times the ad was viewed.•Replies – The number of form fills on the ad.•Phone clicks – The number of times customers clicked their phone number to call.•Page – which page the ad is on.These statistics have been applied to the “View Listings” page of the PowerUp Desktop application. The enhancement counter feature is mentioned in the Kijiji API.

Each of the vehicles that are posted on Kijiji now has a URL that a user can click on to post their ad on Kijiji.

A description HTML editor will allow a dealer to add formatted text to their vehicle descriptions. These will then get sent to Kijiji and displayed on their ads. The dealer will have the ability to switch between an HTML editor or just a Plain text editor.

Full CarProof support of Kijiji Ads includes the following:

•Vehicle contains CarProof ID - If the dealer decides they wish to include their CarProof reports for their vehicles on Kijiji, all CarProof IDs will be sent for every vehicle that contains one. When a customer clicks on a CarProof tab on a vehicle that contains a CarProof report, the presentation below will be displayed:

Once the “View CarProof Report” button is clicked, the CarProof report will open up in a new window. The enhancement counter feature is mentioned in the Kijiji API.
