Top lessons learned:

1. Early involvement from key stakeholder is paramount.

2. The E-CF Framework is complex, make sure everyone has sufficient knowledge

3. Tailor the E-CF to meet your organisations specific needs, it is not the holy grail.

4. Do not change your complete job structure, or everyone will be lost.

5. Writing all new job profiles consumes energy and time, but generates commitment and involvement.
