PAGIBIG

Pag-IBIG, also known as Home Developmnt Mutual Fund, is a national savings program and an

affordable shelter financing for the Filipino workers. It was established on June 11, 1978 by virtue of

Presidential Decree no. 1530. On December 14, 1980 Pag-IBIG membership was made mandatory for all

SSS and GSIS members-employees.

Through this online service, an individual can now electronically file Short Term Loan (STL) Applications.

However, only Pag-IBIG members who have been issued the HDMF Transaction Card can use this facility.

Modified Pagibig Enrollment

Through MP2 service, you can now electronically enroll for a Modified Pag-IBIG 2 account.

The Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) Program is an additional and voluntary five (5) year savings facility being offered by HDMF to its Pag-IBIG I members that will provide them with a yield higher than their Pag-IBIG I membership. The Fund does not provide any limit on the number of accounts that may be enrolled and maintained under this program by any Pag-IBIG I member.
