The concept is an inflatable sling that both cushions and supports an injured arm. When deflated the product is small enough to be kept in a pocket so it is always within reach. In an emergency, where the user is alone, the product is designed to easily be fitted using only one hand.

The design is symetrical to fit both right and left arms of all sizes.

It is lined with absorbent strips to deal with any bleeding.

The valve is positioned so that it can easily be topped up withuot raising yourarm.

The cleats ensure the product holds closed if the strap is slackened, they also allows you to vary the pressure on the injury.
