The award-winning 21-minute documentary captures the pressing need for reform so that all young people in New York State have the chance to pursue a higher education, and their dreams. Two YAG graduates/ filmmakers who currently attend DCC will present the film alongside mentor Ilene Cutler. The film features among its 5 subjects a DREAMer / Dutchess Community College graduate.
