CONCLUSIÓN SMART-DATE
• Aunque se estableció la no inferioridad de DAPT 6 vs 12
meses, el riesgo incrementado de IAM luego de los 6
meses, no permite concluir que DAPT corto es seguro
en SICA de pacientes que son llevados a ACTP con
stents medicados actuales.
• DAPT por 12 meses en SICA de pacientes sin riesgo
excesivo de sangrado debe permanecer como el
tratamiento estándar.

Conclusiones
Conclusiones
• La aspirina es el antiagregante de elección de
forma indefinida.
• DAG con clopidogrel en EAC estable, SICA
TBL, ACO o contraindicación para Tica o Prasu.
• Por los resultados clínicos superiores en
pacientes con SCA, las guías ESC y ACC/AHA
sugieren DAG potente como opción sobre
Clopidogrel.
Conclusiones
• Duración de tratamiento por 1 año en la mayoría
• Considerar riesgo isquémico y hemorrágico para
valorar el tiempo de antiagregación definitivo
• Los diferentes scores de riesgo pueden
considerarse aunque aún no han sido validados
a nivel poblacional
