The Hotel
The design of Duos, by MKDA architects, merges an industrial look with a modern touch and the art proper of the area, with murals commissioned to world famous street artists.
The units are studios of di�erent sizes and one bedroom apartments. All the units will be proposed with a furniture package including
an integrated kitchenette, a sleeping area and a work area. The package will include all the elements for a turn-key experience.
Duos will have common areas including reception, meeting room, gym, laundry and business center. On the ground floor a 3,000 square foot space will be available for a restaurant or other commercial ventures.
